Prepared Exclusively for Noland
CUSTOMER APPRECIATION & BRAND EXPERIENCE
A thoughtfully designed event created to strengthen customer relationships, introduce Noland’s evolving brand, and create meaningful connections with new prospective customers.
Presented by House of Reverie
Experiential Event Design

THE VISION
This event is designed to be more than a customer appreciation gathering.
It is an opportunity to celebrate the customers who already support Noland, create excitement around the next chapter of the brand, strengthen industry relationships, and intentionally create opportunities for new business.
House of Reverie will develop an elevated but approachable experience where existing customers, industry partners, and carefully targeted prospects can connect outside of the traditional sales environment.
THE GOAL
APPRECIATE
Recognize the customers and partners who already support Noland and give them a reason to feel valued.
INTRODUCE
Create awareness and excitement around Noland’s evolving brand and continued presence within the HVAC and plumbing industries.
CONNECT
Bring together customers, strategic partners, manufacturers, and prospective clients in an environment designed for genuine conversation and relationship building.
GROW
Use the event as a business-development opportunity—creating introductions and relationships that have the potential to continue well beyond the event itself.
EVENT SNAPSHOT
Target Attendance: 20–30 Guests
Venue: TBD — Based on Final Budget & Desired Experience
Event Focus: Customer Appreciation + Brand Awareness + Business Development
Guest Mix: Existing Customers + Targeted Prospects + Manufacturers + Industry Partners
The emphasis will be on the quality of attendance rather than simply filling the room.
The goal is to get the right people in the room.
✦
THE EVENT EXPERIENCE
House of Reverie will coordinate the event as a professionally branded customer appreciation and networking experience.
The evening may include food and beverages, relaxed networking, strategic introductions, branded event elements, sponsor recognition, a memorable guest takeaway, and on-site coordination.
House of Reverie will also work with Noland to identify the types of customers and prospective accounts the company would most like to reach.
In addition to Noland’s existing customer invitations, House of Reverie will conduct targeted outreach designed to introduce the event to relevant industry professionals and prospective customers.
Potential guests may include plumbing and HVAC contractors, company owners, purchasing decision-makers, builders, general contractors, property and facility professionals, and other strategically relevant trade and construction professionals.
CUSTOMER APPRECIATION + NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
The event is intended to accomplish both.
✦
VENUE & EXPERIENCE
Bay Street Yard was presented as the initial venue option for consideration, and the preliminary event budget has been developed with that type of experience in mind.
The final venue does not need to be determined at this stage.
House of Reverie will work with Noland to curate the final experience around the desired atmosphere, guest profile, activities, and overall event budget.
Depending on those priorities, the final concept may utilize Bay Street Yard or transition to an alternative experience such as axe throwing, an interactive entertainment venue, or another carefully selected local setting.
The objective is not to build the event around a particular venue.
It is to select an environment that provides the strongest combination of experience, value, networking opportunity, and budget alignment.
✦
MARKETING, REGISTRATION & GUEST DEVELOPMENT
House of Reverie will create a dedicated event page on the House of Reverie website to support the event from announcement through registration.
The digital event experience may include event information, guest registration and RSVP collection, sponsorship opportunities, sponsor registration and payment collection, sponsor recognition, and event updates.
House of Reverie will also promote the event to targeted prospective guests who align with Noland’s business-development objectives.
This provides Noland with more than event coordination.
It creates a platform to help promote the brand, attract the right attendees, manage participation, and generate new connections.
✦
SPONSORSHIP STRATEGY
House of Reverie will develop a strategic sponsorship program designed to help offset Noland’s direct event investment while providing appropriate manufacturer, vendor, and industry partners with meaningful opportunities to participate.
The preliminary goal is to develop approximately $5,500–$7,000 in available sponsorship opportunities.
Potential opportunities may include:
Presenting Partner
Contractor Gift Sponsor
Food or Beverage Sponsor
Brand Experience Partner
Industry Partner
In-Kind Product Partner
House of Reverie will develop sponsorship materials, conduct and coordinate outreach, collect sponsorship payments, manage sponsor participation, and oversee sponsor recognition.
Noland may also provide introductions to existing manufacturer and vendor representatives where appropriate, allowing House of Reverie to develop those relationships into potential event partnerships.
Sponsor recognition may include event signage, digital and website recognition, social media exposure, event admission, verbal recognition, and other appropriate brand-placement opportunities.
The sponsorship program will remain intentionally limited and curated.
This should feel like a Noland customer experience—not a trade show.
✦
OPTIONAL SIGNATURE CONTRACTOR GIFT
House of Reverie strongly recommends incorporating a useful, high-quality branded contractor gift into the experience.
This element is optional, but we believe it has particular value in conjunction with Noland’s evolving branding.
Food, drinks, and networking create a memorable evening.
A useful branded item keeps the experience—and the new brand—in front of the customer long after the event is over.
PROPOSED GIFT
Branded 5-Gallon Bucket Tool Organizer
Proposed Quantity: 40
Current Estimated Cost: Approximately $1,113 + shipping
The organizer is especially relevant to plumbing, HVAC, and construction professionals and transforms a standard 5-gallon bucket into portable tool storage.
The organizer would feature Noland’s new branding prominently, creating a practical item that contractors can use in service vehicles, shops, garages, and on jobsites.
Although anticipated attendance is approximately 20–30 guests, a quantity of 40 provides additional gifts that may be used for key customers, prospective accounts, manufacturer representatives, employees, or other important business relationships.
THE BUCKET
Because Noland is currently rebranding, House of Reverie would first determine whether Noland is already planning to purchase or stock 5-gallon buckets featuring the new branding.
If new-branded Noland buckets are already being produced, incorporating those buckets into the giveaway would be the preferred option.
If they are not available, House of Reverie would not recommend producing a small custom quantity solely for this event if manufacturer minimum-order requirements make that financially impractical.
Instead, House of Reverie can explore an in-kind manufacturer or industry partnership to provide the buckets needed to complete the gift.
Additional manufacturers and vendors may also be invited to contribute useful items for inclusion inside the buckets.
This creates the opportunity to turn the giveaway into a curated contractor appreciation package while providing participating partners with another meaningful way to support the event.
Noland’s new branding should remain the primary identity of the gift, with sponsor recognition incorporated tastefully through gift tags, inserts, event signage, digital recognition, or other supporting elements.
✦
EVENT INVESTMENT & SPONSORSHIP OFFSET
The preliminary minimum event investment is $5,500.
House of Reverie will actively pursue sponsorship participation with the goal of reducing Noland’s direct event investment.
Sponsorship revenue secured up to the $5,500 minimum will be credited toward Noland’s event responsibility.
HOW IT WORKS
$0 Sponsorship Secured
Noland Investment: $5,500
$2,500 Sponsorship Secured
Noland Investment: $3,000
$4,000 Sponsorship Secured
Noland Investment: $1,500
$5,500+ Sponsorship Secured
Noland Investment: $0
If sponsorship revenue reaches or exceeds the $5,500 minimum event investment, Noland would have no additional minimum event investment due.
Sponsorship revenue secured above the minimum event investment will be retained by House of Reverie as additional compensation for sponsorship development, marketing, digital infrastructure, production, and event coordination.
✦
PRELIMINARY PLANNING ALLOWANCES
For initial planning purposes, approximately $2,300 has been allocated toward venue-related food, beverages, service, and event expenses based on the Bay Street Yard concept initially presented.
This is a planning allowance—not a committed venue expense.
The allocation may be adjusted based on the final venue, selected experience, guest count, and event priorities.
Optional Promotional Experience
40 Branded Bucket Tool Organizers: Approximately $1,113 + shipping
The promotional gift is optional and would be finalized with Noland prior to ordering.
Additional production expenses, if selected, may include signage, printing, brand-launch materials, sponsor recognition, gift presentation materials, or other enhancements approved as part of the final event plan.
✦
WHAT HOUSE OF REVERIE WILL HANDLE
House of Reverie will serve as the creative and coordinating partner behind the experience.
Services may include event concept development, venue research and coordination, food and beverage planning, sponsorship strategy and outreach, event webpage creation, guest registration, sponsor payment collection, targeted guest promotion, invitation coordination, brand integration, sponsor recognition, promotional gift sourcing, vendor coordination, event setup, on-site coordination, guest experience management, and sponsor fulfillment.
Final deliverables will be confirmed once the overall concept, budget, venue, and sponsorship strategy are approved.
✦
THE OPPORTUNITY
The goal is to create value before, during, and after the event.
To appreciate the customers who already support Noland.
To introduce the next chapter of the brand.
To put prospective customers and decision-makers in the room.
To strengthen manufacturer and vendor relationships.
To create continued brand recognition.
To send guests home with an experience they remember.
And to leverage industry partnerships with the goal of significantly reducing—or potentially eliminating—Noland’s direct event investment.
This is more than a company gathering.
It is a customer-appreciation experience with a strategic business-development purpose.
✦
NEXT STEPS
Upon approval of the overall concept and target investment, House of Reverie will begin developing the final event plan.
The next phase will include venue and experience selection, event date and timeline, sponsorship development, target guest strategy, event registration, promotional gift decisions, branding, signage, and final production logistics.
LET’S CREATE AN EXPERIENCE THAT GIVES PEOPLE A REASON TO REMEMBER NOLAND.
